Lipper Alpha Insight - Fund Manager Chat

May 11, 2017

Andrew Lake, fund manager of the Mirabaud Global Strategic Bond Fund talks about Mirabaud's global fixed income capability and how he and his team are finding credit opportunities in a low growth environment.

He outlines Mirabaud's current portfolio positioning in a world affected by geopolitical events and regional interest rate differentials between the US and Europe.

He also examines the impact of an extended credit cycle, some of the headwinds his portfolio has faced over the last year and why investors should still consider seeking opportunities in the bond market despite historically low yields.

Andrew is speaking with Jake Moeller, Head of Lipper UK & Ireland Research in London on May 8, 2017.
